Why has no one reviewed this tent yet? It sold out once already. Surely someone has a comment to share. Is it bomber? It's got a great space:weight ratio. Seems almost too good to be true. Is it?

That's about the same space:weight as the Pine Island 4, and I can assure you it's both good and true.

Definitely not too good to true. The Flying Diamond series is a premiere collection of tents that are tough to beat.
I have the Flying Diamond 8 and it's a fantastic tent. Never used the 4, but if it's anything like the 8, it's a built-to-last, rock-solid performer in all conditions.
