7x23 is indeed the stuffed size with the included stuff sack, you can probably get it a bit smaller with a different compression sack. A 0deg. bag tends to be somewhat sizeable.

I have a Snow Leopard and the stuff sack is no good. It stuffs it like a basket ball. It is also pretty large. It is 10.8 inches in diameter and 23 inches long. The picture shows it 22 inches, but that is not seam to end. The in side label claims 7"x23" which is far from accurate.

Agreed. I have a different North Face 0 degree bag. It's a monster. I only use it snow camping and it gets dragged on a toboggan with the rest of my gear, but the point of the bag is warmth, not compactness.
