The Oracle is slightly more waterproof, more breathable, and has an extra pocket, but the PreCip is lighter and less expensive.

If you're into fast and light or if budget is an issue, the PreCip is a great choice, but if you want to drop a few bucks more for some more protection, check out the Oracle.
