The sizing chart for these are super accurate, so take a measurement around the fat part of the hand, as well as from the tip of the middle finger to the break in the wrist, then reference the size chart and pick your size based on those measurements. Usually height and shoe size has little to no bearing on the glove size. Hope this helps.
