What model/type of dynafits have people used with the amperage? I'm assuming it requires the 130mm, but that seems pretty wide for a 115 mm wide ski.

Hey Brooks, been on the Amp. since about the new year. Mounted FT12's so far without issue on them. Skied 10 days in all sorts of conditions you can imagine, heavy pnw concrete (takes work but what ski wouldn't), avalanche debris (not fun), boiler plate (not fun but do-able), powder and freshies (sick), groomers (if it's even just semi soft, pretty fun) etc.

All seems well.

Previous ski was the JJ, also 115 at the waist and didn't really have a problem (2.5 seasons on them skied almost every weekend) with them except...I pulled out a toe piece right from the ski. Possibly a bad mount, water ingression - rot etc. Whatever it was, the JJ being such a light ski I went for a heavier ski, and mounted the FT12 with the Dynafit Power Plate, just in case, to help distribute the force a bit better.

Should be noted that the newer Radicals etc. already have a wider footprint /"wing" supports, so I think you should be fine there.

Also my FT12's have 110mm brakes, slightly bent out without a problem.

Hope this helps!

Super fun ski. Wouldn't have minded it to be a tad lighter but I guess I could be just a tad less of a pussy too.
