The description says these are "women's"...

The description says these are "women's" pants but the sizing chart says "Youth Apparel". I am 4'10" and the youth large would be a perfect fit but obviously the women's large would be too big so I was wondering whether or not this is the correct sizing chart for these pants? Thanks!
