Read that Raptor is recommended for trail running. I am about 5ft tall, would like to ask if Raptor 10 will fit me and is suitable to use in trail run of 100km

Ace, my wife is 5'6" with a small frame and her Raptor fits her fine. It is a 3L reservoir and should suit your needs. I would go with the S/M size.
