I've got a 08' Kona Kula frame (19"), with my height around 5'11-12" and would like to know whether this crank can be used and should the crank length should be utilized. I apologize for such a newbie question.

Yes this crank will fit
Read the Instructions for the proper spacer alignment
At your height I would go with the 175mm
