nic. Unfortunately, we use a lighter gauge YKK zipper in the Phantom 15 than is used in your Galaxy. We wanted the Phantom Bags to be as light as possible and this is why we went with a smaller/lighter zipper. Afterall, the zipper is the heaviest thing in or on the bag!

I have both a Phantom 0 and a Phantom 15 that I have traveled extensively with around the planet. Although the fabric is extremely light and therefore not that durable I have never had an issue with durability under normal use. What is normal use? Well, inside a tent or bivy sac and not packed next to the crampons in your duffel! Pretty basic.

As for the weight posted on the site? Good catch. It is wrong. The Phantom 15 according to my Spring 2011 workbook should be 2Ibs.1oz. for a regular size and 2Ibs.4oz. for a long. I will make sure the weight is updated on the site here.
