The Losi is basically a standard 3 season, 2-pole, recdome designed for only 2 adults. The floor is approximately the size of a full sheet of plywood, at 32 sq ft. Your 90lb Lab could easily cramp your style. Your best bet for windy conditions would be a tent with 3 full length poles and a lower profile. Hope this helps!
