I'm a lil lost reading the sizing reviews. I have a weird build b/c I wieghtlift to maintain b/w a meat-head triangle and an athletic, lean build. I'm 5'10.5" - 156 lbs (due to knee surgery, normally 168) - 42" chest - 30" sleeve (horrible ape index) - 28" waist. I want to buy this mainly as a multi-pitch belay jacket that doubles as a casual jacket. How exactly "athletically-fit" is this jacket? I'm having a hard time fitting myself in the sizing chart and completely lost trying to figure out a semi-casual fit size.

GravitySlave. I would go with a large for you. It is a made utilizing a hard-faced powerstretch fabric that is extremely stretchy. So, even if you are worried about accommodating your wedge shape and despite its athletic fit a large should accommodate your needs. I would not go extra-large and I would not go medium... so, large it is. I hope this info helps!
