Hey Dan, I just picked up one of these yesterday. I'm pretty much the exact same measurements as you (6'3" 185lbs) and have the normal long arms that go with the frame. The medium fits *perfectly*. It fits through the body (unlike my Patagonia Down Sweater) and has great length in the arms and width across the shoulders. Hope that helps!
