I ordered two of these twin ropes. They were supposed to have a center mark, they do not. Also, I was charged shipping, even though orders over $50 are supposed not to be charged.

You probably need to call the customer service line, they're very helpful with things like this. 800-409-4502.
p.s. I don't see anywhere in the description that it says this rope has a center mark. Many makers have stopped adding them so there isn't confusion when a rope gets trimmed on one end, thus moving the actual center.

When you place an order it does not usually default to the free shipping, you have to select it as an option. I also do not see anything in the specs about a center line.
