Most people buy the same size jersey as they would t-shirt, unless they are buying a jersey from an Italian company. If you wear a size large t-shirt and you want your jersey to fit the same way, buy a size large. We will get a sizing chart up ASAP

I go with large on Fox jerseys and TLD seems a little bigger. Fine with pads, but larger than I would want if I'm not wearing them. Might exchange for medium and hope they aren't tight with pads.
