I just recently purchased this bag and Im really happy with the quality. My only concern is that I should have purchased a long. I am only 5'8" but by feet press slightly against the bottom. I guess my question for you is, is it better to have a snug bag or should I have purchased the long so I had some additional space in the footbox?

Hmmm... I'm 5'10" and I have extra room in the footbox. The more empty space you have in your bag, the more heat will dissipate and cool you off. If you're looking to be super toasty, then you want a more fitted bag.
