Check out the sizing chart, right below the option menu, for torso length to see if it will fit. You could probably fit IN this pack, as it's got quite a lot of volume. There is a women specific version of this pack called the Altra 62. It's got a shorter torso length and slightly different angles on the shoulder harness and hip belt. The 62 litres should be enough to accommodate most trips of a week plus.
