I am 6'3" / 235lbs. I vary between a 36-38 inch waist, with an inseam of 32-33. Should i look at the XL / Reg?

Typically ski pants are a little baggy and you can get away with missing some inseam, so i would probably recommend the XL/Regular. You could probably get away with a Large/Regular. I am 6'2", 185lbs., 34X34 and i have worn TNF pants at Medium/Regular. Hope this helps.
