How well does the hood on the mentor adjust? I currently have an dead-bird Alpha LT and I'm not really happy with it, but the reviews for the mentor make me want to give it a try.

Hey Ian, the hood goes right where you want it. Adjustment on the back crown of your head, and two adjustments at your jawline. You will NOT be disappointed. I promise you!
