Haven't tried these, whats the bene's? Do they break down nice? What makes them recovery specific? I see they are talking a lot about glycogen which creates acid (Not so Good for Recovery), but as an Exercise Physiologist I am not really seeing the recouperative qualities to regaining acid and mineral balance. Only 100 g of K? Aside from the 12 gs of protein I just don't get it. Any thoughts?
