Hey Barbara,
Yes they will, but you might have to use a large or extra-large seeing how Sorel's can be pretty bulky.

Depends on the boots' bulkiness. They will fit but you might need to size up.

I have Sorel boots and these guys fit over pretty well. I have a size 9 in men's sorel boot and the men's medium OR fit great over them.
