Considering your measurements, unless you are able to find a very form fitting jacket, perhaps in the youth line of some brands, I think you would have a hard time finding something that wasn't 'baggy.' With that said, the fit of the Monkey Woman Jacket has not changed over time. There have been slight product and fabric updates but no fit changes over time. I hope this info helps!
