I am 5'7" 142 lbs with also thin arms. They fit well, you can adjust the Velcro strap however you want. I would recommend the S/M, they are big enough. They are pretty comfortable but a little stiff at the beginning. The fit is almost right, I may have to add extra Velcro on one side so I have the option to tighten it better.
