Not really.... the helmets on hucknroll are almost always bike specific and are made with different materials and have different ratings, qualifications, etc.
I recommend checking out the link below for good Motor Sports helmets made by a brand that also makes biking helmets. SixSixOne also has some good helmets that qualify for both powered and non powers biking/atving.

Yes these are good helmets for atv/dirt biking, because they are light weight but still offer protection with ventilation. MX and Avt helmets offer more padding inside the helmet are a little heavier but will withstand a harder fall than a mountain bike helmet will.

There's a reason why these are for MTB and not ATV. They are lighter and offer less protection than a Moto or ATV helmet would. Giro does make ATV helmets but this is not one of them.
