try picking up another pair, one size smaller.

I was able to scrunch them down and have them work well. I had problems sizing down bc my middle toes are larger than my big toe so it would look like i had webbed toes with the smaller size. An employee at REI let me take them out of the package and try them on before deciding what size to get so that is always an option. if not, just order another pair, keep the one that fits best and send the other pair back to backcountry bc of their great return policy. Great sock tho. Good luck!
