I bounght the tent based on the specs. I have used The North face gear before when I was clinbing years ago so I knew it was good. This tent was not what I thought it would be. In the rain moisture got in the floor, and in a high wind gust a pole snapped and the others bent. I called backcountry ans it was suggested I get the footprint. I was not happy. I called The North Face and the rep I spoke to emailed me a UPS label and send it to them. He said they would try to repair it and if they couldn't they would send me a new one. No company can have a 100% grade on their goods so I can't really say anything negative but the positive is they stand behind their products in a way 99% of companies out there won't, or at least that is my experience. That is the key to their success.
