Jam Snowboard - 2022

The Bataleon Jam Snowboard is a hard-charging board for riders looking to spin off the biggest kickers, slay steeps, and slash powder with equal parts power and precision. Its mid-stiff flex pattern, carbon stringers, and dynamic camber give this board a highly responsive feel. Triple Base Technology (3BT) provides the basis for the Jam's all-terrain versatility, giving us the aggressive edge hold and response of camber running from tip to tail. Unlike a regular camber board, 3BT shaping upturns the board's sidebases above the contacts to the tip and tail, reducing the catchiness of traditional camber while smoothly directing snow around the tips.

The Jam's core has been astoundingly upgraded this year, making the board feel even lighter, smoother, and springier than before. The new Super Ultra Light wood core blends paulownia and poplar to create Bataleon's lightest ever strength-to-weight ratio. Hollow carbon Super Tubes inserted into the core boost the board's poppiness without daring to weigh it down. Lastly, innovative Air Ride composite materials along the 3BT creases dampen vibrations at any speed, comparable to a suspension system for the deck.
