    Details

    Park purist.

The Bataleon Fun.Kink Snowboard loves to play around in the park, pop off every side-hit, and press with ease. Poking fun at the earn-your-turn movement, its fun graphics match the board's playful demeanor, making it well suited for riders who'd rather lap the park than tour the backcountry. It features a super-mellow, softer flex for buttering, pressing, and jibbing to your delight. Its snappy poplar core helps you pop over slow signs and clear mid-sized kickers with ease. Beech reinforcement beefs-up its durability when you're thrashing it on a regular basis in the park.

Triple Base Technology (3BT) provides the baseline for the Fun.Kink's freestyle performance, giving you the edge hold and response of camber, but without the extra bite or catch on boxes and rails. Unlike a regular camber board, 3BT shaping upturns the board's sides from above the inserts to the tip and tail, reducing the overly aggressive nature of regular camber while smoothly directing snow around the tips. Since the board's midsection remains in flat contact with the snow, it remains stable when you're tracking into jumps and freestyle features.

Each version of 3BT is slightly different, with Freestyle 3BT having a slightly longer nose, more aggressive camber, medium center base width (area that's not upturned), and longer contact length. The result is a board that's extremely versatile and fun all over the mountain, with a catch-free feel for progressing your freestyle skills.
