    Details

    Surf the earth.

Borrowing much of its inspiration from surfboard shapes, the Bataleon Camel Toe Snowboard takes a surf approach to riding the deepest powder on the planet. Think snorkel-deep days at Baker, bottomless fluff in the Japanese Alps, and cold smoke along Utah's Wasatch. Although it's a seemingly single-minded pow surfer, the Camel Toe's versatility extends far beyond powder days, lending a slashy feel to your resort cruising and springtime slush sessions.

Its tapered swallowtail shape and Pow Triple Base Technology (3BT) combine to create a radical pow surfer that easily planes across bottomless fluff without burning up your back leg. The large, spoon-like nose never ceases to amaze by staying upright in untracked powder, preventing you from painstakingly coming to a sudden halt, especially when the terrain mellows out at the bottom. The upturned, spoon-like nose fluidly disperses snow, much like the hull of a ship moving across water. Overall, this unique shaping results in an effortless ride when you're visiting the white room, also creating a surfy sensation for slashing turns down the mountain.

    • Premium pow surfer excels in the deepest snow
    • Pow 3BT delivers effortless float in powder
    • Tapered swallowtail shape for maximum buoyancy
    • Medium flex creates a highly maneuverable, surfy ride
    • Reactor core is reinforced with beech stringers along edges
    • Biax fiberglass gives a softer torsional flex for quick turns
    • Super Slick base is faster than traditional extruded bases
    • Item #BAT002P

    Pow Surfer

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

Once again Bataleon makes a killer snowboard. The Camel Toe is supper fun anywhere. I first only rode it on pow days which it absolutely crushes. Feels like you are surfing but can crush any terrain.

I took it out this past season on groomer days just because it is too fun to carve in and out of turns. No to mention it has great pop but the only tricks you want to do are old school crushers.

Overall this is a advanced snowboarders fun, creative, and classic snowboards they want to have. Hit me up with questions! Hosborne@backcountry.com
