Better than expected

    I was pretty cynical going into this, but ended up really liking it! Added a bit of hot sauce to it and it was great.

    Why does this have to have cheese? This could easily be vegan and taste essentially the same.

    Because cheese is delicious. I can't eat chili without cheese unless it is very very good homemade chili made by someone who knows his/her chili. It might also add protein.
