Best T-Shirt In the World

I bought this shirt for my boyfriend, and literally wears it almost every single day. I think I'll have to buy him more. The t-shirt material is awesome, and doesn't get gross quick. it also looks really cool and has a good fit.

    Best T-Shirt Ever

These shirts are ridiculously soft and have a very airy feel to them. These are great as an everyday t-shirt, but also breathe well enough for active use. I have some of the 100% cotton Backcountry.com t-shirts and the fabric on those is too thick to breathe and feels stiff; not so with this one. The fabric seems to be wearing very well after multiple washes and I haven't noticed any shrinkage after drying that others have mentioned. I always dry them on low just to be safe. They have a loose, but somewhat slim fit with a little extra length than your average t-shirt. The sleeves are also little bit longer than your average t-shirt, which is great for those of us with long arms. I have last year's model of this t-shirt which is made with the Sport Science fabric and it is complete garbage. If you were unlucky enough to get one of those, burn it so that no one else will ever have to wear it, and go buy yourself 3 of these. For reference: 6'3", 195 lbs, 42" chest, size XL.

      Backcountry.com Verticle Logo T-Shirt

Backcountry.com Goat Gear! Super soft shirt and excellent fit, solid graphic as well. Pretty true to size, running right around waist length. Polyester-cotton mix is pretty durable, washes well, but will obviously shrink if thrown in the dryer on high.

6'0" - Large fits well and just below the waist, Medium falls at belt line.

        Heavy, tight collar

Sorry guys, I tried to like it. I always try to support BC, but the fabric is too heavy for a short sleeve polyester shirt. I can only imagine the body funk after a few hours on a warm day. I felt hot just trying it on in the house. Overall the shirt fit well (medium, 6'1", 170 lbs), but the tight, thick collar felt like it was choking me. Had to return it.

          The very bread of life

I don't always wear shirts, but when I do I wear this one! Fantatic shirt for $8 or $30. Backcountry.com hope you guys keep the goat gear inexpensive those of us livn' in the woods. Stellar shirt.

Great shirt - performs like a full synthetic, doesn't look/wear like one!

Great shirt - this shirt wears great - doesn't have that odd hang that synthetic shirts seem to all have (at least on me), but has almost all the great features - quick drying (quick river crossings, under a pack), doesn't stink, and packs up nice & small, and great smooth feel against the skin.
Only issue I have with this shirt is the fit seems to be a little tight across the shoulders/chest for me - 6'1, 200, but nothing that stops me from wearing it and loving it!

Should I size up like I do with Mammut and other outdoor gear companies?

They all seem to run a tad small or slim so I need a bigger size usually to accommodate my shoulders.

This shirt does run a bit small and tight, and definitely do not dry it. It will shrink a bit after the first wash, and after 2 washes mine fits loose around the waste and neck and tight in the arms...just sloppy. But I got a M and always wear a M. A Large would be hugely baggy on me by this point.
