With its Power Stretch material and close, layer-friendly fit, the Backcountry.com Men's Goat Liner Glove ensures comfort and warmth during anything from a spring tour to a January-morning commute. The grippy, all-over silicon Goat logo screenprint on the Goat Liner Glove's palm holds onto to skis, poles, and cold PBR cans without a problem, and being so lightweight and unobtrusive, you'll be happy you took the Goat Liner along with you, wherever you're headed.
Bottom Line: The Backcountry.com Men's Goat Liner Glove shows your hands the kind of love they really deserve.
Will Backcountry bring these back? Slap a stoic label on the back and stoic sticky palm pattern in place of the goat, call em "Stoic Liner Glove" to keep in phase with BC.com's brand marketing strategy and you have a winner. These are the most versatile and functional liners out there. BC.com please bring these back with the Stoic logo!
These are really great gloves/liners! They can be used for about anything from chilly days running in the mountains to extreme, frigid temps at Peter Sink. They are stretchy but fit pretty true to size. I bought 2 pair just in case. Really nice glove combo!
Will BC.com bring these back??? My girlfriend has these and I was too dumb to pick them up when they were still available. These are some of the best liners I've ever seen. Please bring them back!

really dig these durable light gloves... they are super stretchy and can double as socks when you need a bit of extra warmth on a alpine shiver bivy. super impressed!
These are great fleece gloves for driving, walking, hiking, camping, etc. I don't use them as liners, but you obviously could. I like them for the other reasons mentioned and they have a nice griping goat pattern on the palm. I bought a pair of these a while back but lost one so I naturally got another pair :-)
Anyone know how the thickness compares between these and the Dakine liners that come with the Dakine Titans? I have a pair of titans but have lost the liners and was looking to see whether I could grab these and still wear them inside the Titans?
For the money these gloves cannot be beat. While not water proof, they are great for light winter hikes, cross country skiing, and snowshoeing. Tactile gip is very good and they can be used as liners under shells when needed in colder and/or wetter conditions. All of our family members have these and love them. Please bring these back!
These are the warmest, best fitting, fastest drying, most functional liners i have ever owned. The only thing to keep in mind is their thickness, they are thick enough that they may compromise the fit of an already tight glove
I used these today for the first time. Went up LCC to do some touring, and used these exclusively on the way up. They seem to be more durable than most crappy liners, and the goat pattern on the palm is super tacky. They were good and breathable, and kept the water out until I got into some deeper snow and fell over a couple times! Obviously, once I reached an upper elevation, shaded area my hands got cold, but these are most certainly not meant to keep you warm on their own. Better than the rest for sure.
These gloves are incredibly warm. What I like most is the material on the inside that make gripping the wheel a breeze. They are not as thin as some of the other liners I have. They are truly for cold winter, too warm for late fall for sure. Sizing seems to be right on.
This is a really good glove / glove liner. I have used them outdoors for a long periods of time on top of a roof in the high 20's and they kept my hands warm. It's a thicker liner, but still fits in the Stoic Inbounds Glove. They also block wind moderately well. I've used these to brush my car windows off and they've gotten moist, but not uncomfortably wet. I would definitely recommend these gloves. I did have a hole form in the crease of the palm and the thumb after about a month, but with backcountry.com's superior return policy, I am getting new ones free of charge. They will stand by their products.
The silicon grip on these things are RIDICULOUS. Its obscene how well these things grip my steering wheel on those freezing cold mornings. They are very warm and supple, but are very lightweight. My new favorite glove. They are not that water resistant though. If you live East coast or PNW, you might want to check out the In Motion gloves.
Have used these several times now and they work very ell. I had bought a pair of very expensive Burton snowboarding gloves and the liners sucked. Very loose around the wrist and poor fit but these backcountry liners work excellent. They are a little thicker and the fit is snug and comfortable!
I use these gloves to drive in and general wear to work and around town. On a scale of 1 to 10, warmth about a 5; fit: a 7, I ordered a medium and they were a little big. style: 10, can't go wrong with black. I like the sticky part of the gloves, but I think the little circular bumps would have been just as good. They are very stretchy and that is good, but I worry about too loose. Overall: I would recommend these gloves to a friend for casual wear, but not skiing or snowboarding. They are liner gloves. jb

Great all around fleece glove for you here. Great for running skiing or anything you will sweat at. Nice and stretchy but soft to the touch. Pair them with a waterproof pair and bam you got yourself a great winter glove.
Great set of gloves, good fit and warm. Love the grips definitely easy to hold onto just about anything your are handling. They are pretty good on their own. When it gets really cold, I have used smartwool glove liners with great success. Definitely would recommend it!
Bought two pair as stocking stuffers. I tried on a pair and because of their comfortable fit, I kept a pair for myself. Unexpectedly, these glove liners are my favorite gloves for winter driving. The liners keep my hands very warm and I can easily able to manipulate the the knobs and buttons on the dash. Best of all is their safety feature, these liners are impressive when it comes to gripping the cold steering. There is no hand slipping or sliding action when turning the steering wheel - I feel like Spiderman.
These gloves may be a little thick for some, but I really appreciate them on a cold bike ride to work. I use these liners by themselves most of the time. The polartech fleece blocks most wind and the rubber grips on the palm and fingers are great. They do have seams on the inside, and again are not the thinnest glove out there, if dexterity is a must you might look else where, but I love mine, thanks backcountry for another great product.
These gloves are great. They are twice as thick as the powerstretch gloves that burton sells. They stretch quite a bit and the little goats are very grippy. I usually wear a large but returned it for a medium and it feels better. They fit of the Burton is tighter and nice for more dexterity but theses are better overall.
Makes an awesome glove, great fit, nice grip. As a liner on colder days they add nice layer for warm, absorb perspiration. I have bought 4 and will buy more.
Got these to replace a pair of Burton 4 way stretch liners I lost.
They are almost exactly the same, which I love. Grip is perfect, never skids. Sizing wasn't a problem for me. All around awesome for a liner or as a light glove.
Sweet liners I bought these for skiing on really cold days. I don't usually wear liners under my gloves but this winter have been COLD in the NE and so I bought these hoping they would help keep my fingers stay warm on those -15 degree F days and they do. They are almost to warm my hands began sweating a little while bombing the mountain but they did a good job wicking away the sweat awesome product and awesome website.
I was looking for a lighter Liner Gloves around this price point and found the Backcountry.com brand for sale. The construction and material appears to be quality. I wanted a pair of gloves that gave me some freedom of movement and protection against the elements. I was looking at the Burton liners but couldn't find anything in my style or color. I couldn't be happier with these gloves from Backcountry.com.
I like the grip on the and the material they are made with. They allow a big range of movement when using them. One issue is they didn't trim the material back all the way on the inside where the clip is attached to the glove so it irritates your wrist in that area. This should be fixed by just cutting off the extra material. Also I used the fit chart since from my wrist to tip of middle finger is 7 inches. the fingers were too long by about an inch. I ended up giving them to a friend that had bigger hands. I would have gotten the smalls instead but they don't have em so opted for the black diamond jetstreams which fit my hands better.
Bought these as a gift for father and brother in law. They both seem to love the gloves. Very thin but very warm at the same time. Insulate well, breathe as well as wick moisture. The added stickiness of the goats on the palm make it good for grip when wearing solo. Plus you get to rep BC.com! Do it to it!
For the price these gloves are awesome. The quality of these gloves will match the quality of any liner glove, but these are way cheaper. Good glove to wear around town and also to wear as a liner glove under your ski gloves.
I use liners as a liner in the winter and a glove in the summer. this doesnt cut it for me. As just a liner, they'd be fine.
Cut is funky - fingers come to a nice point... Sizing is a bit big, I'm usually a medium glove but would want a small in these. They are really stretchy. Gloves are light - i know they are liners but they feel flimsier than a pair of merrell synthetic hiking boots - good for a weekend of decent use. If you use your gear, and want a liner glove you can use for double duty as a liner AND on its own, get a pair of wind stopper gloves. Alot burlier, a fraction of an ounce more. I just feel like i'd trash these in a one morning at RMNP.
PS: I LOVE the goat. They do some things exceptionally (softshells, i have 3) and some not so well (glove liners).
a windstopper glove will be more durable, and can be used as more of a stand alone glove, but you will pay double for GORE material. the liner gloves have their place in the quiver of gloves. the stretch of these gloves will make them fit a little larger.
if you want more durability, check out the womens liner glove. this backcountry liner glove uses windpro material, more durable, and still breathable. move up a size, and dont be afraid to wear womens clothing!
