Not well-made.

  • Gender: Female
  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

Usually I love backcountry.com gear. But like other people have said about this shirt, the sizing is off. So I ended up buying a large (when I would normally wear a medium) and it was still insanely tight! To the point that I couldn't get it off when I tried it on and the stitching on both armpits ripped. But for a $4 Steep & Cheap purchase, it wasn't worth mailing back. I don't recommend this shirt, even though it does look cute.

Fits nice and long

I got the same M size in Stoic/Backcountry gear that I usually get for my significant other and the fit was spot on. It's sized slim and long.

Classy logo and a comfortable cotton. This is her favorite shirt right now.

Sizing is off!

I usually wear a size S/M. However due to reviews that said this shirt ran small, I got size L. It was still too little and I had to return it for an XL! The width is now fine but the shirt is almost too long and I rarely say that about shirts b/c I am 5'9 and like a longer fit. Seems like Backcountry needs to correct the sizing on this line of shirts.

order up

I bought this shirt because it looked long, which it is, but it also is a very tight fit. I usually order M or L, so I ordered L and this is WAY too tight. I would probably order AT LEAST one size up, depending on how tight you want it.

Aggressive Cut

Very aggressive cut..I bought this for my mother..she wears a large normally, but I had to go xxl to fit her to her wanting.
