Strap on your board and fill up the Backcountry Access BC Rider Backpack with all your backcountry touring gear. Thanks to a unique anti-freeze system in the 100oz water reservoir, you can ride all day without sipping ice. The Stash BC Rider not only stows the bite valve and tube inside the shoulder strap, the insulation inside the strap actually absorbs your body heat, stores it, and releases it when the temperature drops. This keeps water in the hose and valve from freezing. On really long hikes, the Stash BC Rider Backpack's plastic framesheet transfers the weight to your hips for increased comfort. Use this Backcountry Access pack's internal pockets and external shovel pocket to keep all your snow study tools organized and easily accessible, so you can whip them out and do a quick snow profile.
Bottom Line: Load up the Stash BC Rider Backpack and earn those sweet, floating turns…mmmmm, powder.

I've had this pack for 2 whole seasons now and it has yet to develop any wear issues. I would buy this pack again...very easy to access all my avy equipment even when fully loaded. Although this is the "Rider" version of the pack and I only ski...I chose it because the tacky straps on the back used to strap a board to the pack make for a great strap to stow my helmet on the skin up. Taken 2-11-09 on Allison Clay, Kachina Peaks Wilderness, AZ.
Change me.
