Female executives distinguish themselves on the hill by rocking the Burton Women’s Executive Bib Pant. This fashion-forward snowboard pant packs heaps of protection and a removable bib that converts to an après vest. Burton hid a stash pocket on the limited-edition Executive’s waistband, because even the boss likes to kick back in her herb garden.

Bottom Line: Don’t mess with the boss. She’s money, and has the Burton connection.

Talk shop with all the gear freaks out there: ask 'em questions, upload/browse photos, and give your 2¢.

If I want to wear impact shorts underneath, should I get a size up? Or do the sizes accomdate for some extra layering already.

You should be ok wearing impact shorts. If you fall in between sizes, I would definitely go a size up though.

According to the description on this page, the bib is removable from the pants and wearable as a vest, but it doesn't specify if it's attached by zipper or snaps.
