Step onto the Atomic Pimp and expand your park racket out into the backcountry. These high-floating fatties mean business when it comes to backcountry kickers and untouched powder. At 99cm underfoot, it's big pimpin' like the Snoop Deville. Don't let the lack of mink play you, the Pimp's got bling-he just keeps his wood core covered. This baby'll slide through pow and crud like a '76 Eldo through a Compton sidestreet. The Pimp reigns over the average Sugar Daddy, cuz he's got twintips for the front and the back. For the side to side, slanted sidewalls cut down on swing weight. The 30m turn radius lets it handle easily at speed, cuz when a brotha's gotta roll, he's gotta roll smooth.

Bottom Line: Best be steppin' on a pair of Pimps.

PIMPSLAP TIME!

The length of these skis are enough to intimidate anyone. But I suggest you show these girls who's in charge if you do make the commitment to click them on to your feet -- if you don't take them for a ride, they'll certainly take you for one. The Pimp is designed for a classic mount but, at 193, the ski's long tail takes some getting used to.

Atomic's kinetic core -- I'm assuming "kinetic" is a fancy word for foam -- makes for a light ski that rocks in the fresh stuff and glides through chop. However, the Pimps lack personality on the groomers; where the ability to store and release energy is everything.

A great novelty ski for those of us lucky enough to have a nearly full quiver.
