Hawx Magna 90 Ski Boot - Women's

If you find your feet getting pinched in most boots or are looking for a slightly more high-volume fit without wanting to wade into the muck of the low-quality boot market, slip your soles into the Hawx Magna 90 Women's Ski Boot. Hawx is Atomic's killer all-mountain line, and the Magna series is designed to bring a little more comfort and width without harming performance; to that end, the Magna 90 has a last that's 102mm wide, which gives your toes some more room to breathe without letting your feet slop around.

The increased width is just the tip of the Magna 90's comfort iceberg, though. Just about every boot available these days has a heat-moldable liner, but Atomic's taken things one step further by integrating 3M Thinsulate insulation into the customizable Silver Liner, so your feet will stay warm as well as comfortable. To make the fit even better, Atomic made the shell using its Memory Fit technology, which allows you (or an experienced bootfitter) to heat-mold the shell as well as the liner, so you'll have a full custom that boosts control, precision, and comfort.

That's not even the end of the personalization. The Hawx features a solid, but not super stiff, flex rating of 90, and it's been outfitted with Atomic's Power Shift system, which allows you to adjust the flex up or down ten points with the flick of a switch on the spine of the boot. Using the same switch, you can also choose between three forward lean settings, letting you adopt a more aggressive stance as your skiing progresses or conditions change. Additionally, there's an underfoot Sole Flex zone to encourage easier balance and a better feel for the terrain and conditions, and a female-specific cuff design that provides more room and increased circulation around the calves, forefoot, and instep.
