Description

For the paddler on a quest for the ultimate rush.

The Adventure Technology Quest Carbon Paddle lives up to the brand's name—it's designed with technical features that mesh with your body and meet your on-water demands. A full-carbon shaft features AT's Full Control Grip (FCG) design that matches the contour of your hands to allow more power and control while reducing arm fatigue. So, the stiffness of carbon, which results in added power, is offset by an incredibly comfortable feel. Not to be outdone by the advanced shaft, the carbon-resin blend that makes up the soft-dihedral blade dramatically reduces the chance of damage.

Yes, 32 ounces would be at the high limit for a quality carbon paddle. You should not have trouble finding a paddle a few ounces lighter than this one.
