Armada designed the Men's Tracer Jacket for serious all-weather skiing. DryRex 3-layer waterproof breathable fabric takes care of moisture from inside and out to keep you dry and comfortable all season. Riri AQUAzip waterproof zippers ensure that water can't get in where most jackets have a glaring weak spot, and the Recco avalanche safety device gives you an added element of safety that doesn't require batteries.
Bottom Line: You'll flash past people like a bright bullet in the jungle.

Hey Ben Zonon, I hate to ask the same question. But I'm 5'10'' I'd rather have the large so it'd be a nice normal fit. But the XL is the only available. So the question is would you feel/look like a douche if you had the XL? I don't mind baggy fits, but when they're like dresses I think it just looks stupid.

Ian could you speak on how tall you are, what size you wear, and how the Armada jackets (the tracer specifically) fits i.e. technical vs. baggy. I'm 5'10" and prefer a pretty baggy/long fit but am concerned about the width more then anything being a slim fella. Thanks.

I have this jacket as well...I'm 5'11 and also slim and have the large and I think thats perfect. It's long enough but not too baggy width wise...If you really want a baggy fit then you should probably go with XL but it sounds like L would be perfect

This is one nasty beast of a jacket..... Being from Mt Hood Oregon, I am all about waterproof gear, I don't even mess with mid level fabrics. Armada is on the cutting edge of jacket technology, the construction is bombproof and water PROOF. Riri Aquazip is the best zipper I've ever used on any jacket, and is truly waterproof. This jacket is decked out in aquazips, there is not a single detail overlooked. The colors are the bees knees too, like Ian said you'll get more pop! People always stop and stare like "why doesn't my North Face look so sick?!".....simply put......because its not as sick! I owned the Galactic Jacket last year, and this jacket is definitely a step up in technology, and a step down in price. Really, Armada is KILLING IT with their outerwear, I am going to be a loyal customer for life if they keep putting out this level of product. And for sizing.......I'm 6'2 and 210lbs.....I went with XXL, and its baggy, but not so huge that my knees are swimmin in it. Basically its a perfect fit for someone who likes some steeze but doesn't want somethin so big they can't do backcountry and AT skiing in it. Get yourself a pair of JJ's and a Tracer jacket and you'll instantly slay it harder, thats just a fact.
Change me.
