There’s no need to bury your style in the ground for the sake of function. The Armada Men’s Quasar pant serves up a far out print and down to earth performance thanks to a Megarex shell and Superflo lining system. Fleece-lined seat and knees combine with the Superflo lining system to keep you warm while allowing plenty of air to flow so you don’t find your nether regions in a swamp. Megarex shell material is super durable and provides 15k waterproofing with high breathability.

Bottom Line: Fly and dry.

Great Value for Warm Pants

By:

I got these pants in Cyan and absolutely love 'em. The colors pop hard (similar to orage) and the pants are well crafted and seem fairly durable. They have everything you need: ample pockets, vents, belt loops. The one con is that they are fairly heavy and warm, which is great in the winter so your ass doesn't get cold but in the spring they might be too much. I'm 5"11 and 150, and got the medium. The length was perfect, but the waist was a little too big. Good thing they have belt loops...

come to think of it they are pretty warm. the huge crotch zips definitely let heat out though. i'll try and get back with another comment after i've toured in them for a few days.

quasar pant

We live in Breckenridge, Colorado. My son is on the ski team here. He is on the mountain 4 days a week. The pant is fantastic for a number of conditions, wind, snow, or sun! They keep him warm on a cold day and comfy on a warmer one. He can move well in these pants. He is a freestyle skiier, jumps, park rails, boxes, etc. He says the pants don't restrict movement in any way. We love them so much that we own 3 pair now in various colors and patterns. Buy them! Great value! Durable too!!!

Armada Quasar Pant

By:

I went with a size large black in these to go with my Armada Inverse b/w jacket. The fabric isn't amazing, but seems durable and definitely adequate for the price you're paying. The vents are great for getting out and touring, and the pants don't seem especially heavy or hot (which are both good in my book). They have loops that line up with snaps on Armada jackets, and the overall quality and level of craftsmanship seems to be very, very high, which if you know Armada skis you've come to expect. My first impression is that these are a seriously worthwhile deal for what Backcountry is offering them for!

These pants are the best! They move with you while jumping or doing 3's,5's,7's etc. They are so awesome, I just ordered another pair! Comfortable and warm.

I love my snowpants. Serious. :D

Never wet, never cold, look f*cking sick, comfortable as hell, easy to wash, and stiff tree branches won't rip it (yet, I guess). I never have to wear anything but hot chillys underneath- I took them out in -20 wind chill already this season with no problems. Everything from the lining to the outer fabric to the huge stiff zippers to the cargo pockets gets a huge thumbs up.

I'm 6' w/ a 35 waist- got the XL in olive. It's a perfect fit as long as you're into the baggy thing.

Simply put, the best pants I've ever owned. I wear the damn things around the house. I hear that armada's plasmas are better, but you should be just fine in these things if you don't want to drop the coin.
