Instead of limiting your schralping power to the park, groomers, or summit chutes, turn the whole enchilada into your kingdom with the Armada El Rey Ski. No corner of the resort can escape your tyrannical turns; you just do as you damn well please thanks to the El Ray's lightweight but durable wrapped cap construction. Big-boned (not fat) dimensions grant you the fortitude to crush crud like cowardly villains and rise above the pow during yearly East-to-West domination quests.

  • Cap construction wraps the wood core with composite fiberglass layers for a lightweight, easy-to-turn ski with a balanced flex
  • Fleet core features two high-density wood stringers alongside ultralight wood for a light, poppy feel; a slow taper towards the tip and tail eases turn initiation
  • Positive camber profile fully engages the tip and tail for increased responsiveness during turn initiation and superior edge hold
  • The fiberglass laminate matrix provides flex and rigidity for styling your park laps and smoothing your bomb runs to the base
  • Armada's toughest base, the S7, features a gliding additive for increased speed and longevity and is built to stand up to all manner of protest
  • Oversized 2.5 Impact edge made from heat-treated steel handles abuse from rails, rocks, and stubborn stumps

Bottom Line: El Rey, Spanish for...THE Rey.

Should I get the El Ray's or the AR7's?? I ski 70% park

Should I get the El Ray's or the AR7's?? I ski 70% park and 30% all mountain. I ski 40+ times a year and want something to last me for the next couple years if possible.

Personally, I'd go with the AR7, but I ski about 10% park. If I were you, I'd go with the EL Rey as they are more park specific. They are probably a bit lighter as well.

I just bought the Armada el ray on here, and just took it to

I just bought the Armada el ray on here, and just took it to a local ski shop yesterday and got bindings mounted to them. Today as I got home from school, I looked at my skis and noticed that the wood on the side had slit, and is a decent size, maybe an inch. The local ski shop dud not cause do it because I would have noticed it when I picked them up, and I have no clue how else it happenend because I haven't skied on them yet. Would you guys take these skis back and send me the same ski with the same binding included, as a part as my warranty because I have only had these skis for about a week? Thanks. Also, the day I got these skis, after unwrapping them, I noticed a very small crack at the end on one of the tails on the ski. If that maybe has anything to do with how the ski was manufactured? Thank you.

Hey Austin your best bet is going to be to click on the chat now button at the top right of the page. I would be very surprised if BC didn't work with you on this.
