The nylon fabric and Schoeller Keprotec hem reinforcements won't get shredded by ski edges, trees, or rocks, and the adjustable inner waistband will keep you pants where they belong even if you get bucked and go down your line like a tomahawk. All that tomahawking can get hot, but the Crest rocks inseam vents to let you cool down, and even has an embedded Recco reflector to give you some backup in case of an avalanche accident.
