Climbing destroys pants, and pant legs get in the way of climbing. Arc'teryx fixed both problems by introducing the Men's Witness Cropped Pants. A cotton and nylon blend withstands the carnage dished out by granite, sandstone, limestone, or whatever type of rock you like to climb. Arc'teryx shortened the legs to increase ventilation on a sweaty approach and keep them out of the way when you heel hook your way through a techy crux. The Witness Cropped Pants also have articulated knees to allow total freedom of movement when you need it the most.
Bottom Line: Pull on the Arc'teryx Witness Cropped Pants, and get to the rock.

Lightweight, great pockets

I love these pants, enough that Ive bought three pairs so far in different colors. They're lightweight and durable, great for travel, yet they don't obviously look like travel pants. My favorite features are the 'bonus' pockets: a zipped one that can hold bank notes alongside the left front pocket, and an open cell phone pocket on the right thigh that's *perfect* for an iPhone. (One corner of the phone slips under a lip of the pocket; mine hasn't fallen out yet even though there's no closure.)
Check out the Witness Cropped Pant as well--great for warmer days and urban cyclists.

My husband loves them! I can only get him to take them off long enough to clean them. They look great and he tells me they are really comfortable.
