This is a nice shirt. The material is very thin and breathable, and the material under the arms is even softer and thinner to improve breathability and decrease chafing. I usually wear an XL, so this is what I ordered. However, they sent me an XXL (which is loose but comfortable) so I am going to keep it (I'm not really into skin-tight shirts). So if you are in-between sizes (or like your shirts on the looser side) I would definitely size up.

Cross trainers dream, wether you are lifting, running, or going through other body movements, it dissappears. Light, cool and doesn't stick when soaked through.

the fit was tight, i am assuming it is meant to be. BC sent me the wrong size - xl instead of xxl, i am 6'4 230 - and i just sent it back. it wasn't comfortable enough for the price. i wasn't impressed, but it wasn't a bad shirt.
