    Keep your head cozy.

Arc'teryx designed the Trino Beanie with windproof Windstopper for active endeavors in winter like running or snowshoeing. While Windstopper blocks all those brisk winds, air permeable Vistrasari side panels enhance breathability to prevent uncomfortable sweating. There are side ports for sunglasses, and the back opening accommodates ponytails and most man buns.

    Good for larger melons

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times

If you're like me an wear a 7-5/8 hat (or larger for some of you) you probably are aware that buying beanies sucks because they rarely cover your ears. It's fairly easy to knit your own wool beanie but getting something light and synthetic can be a challenge. I tried on a buddies Arc Procline beanie and to my delight the L/XL is a perfect fit. Overall it's a pretty straightforward beanie. Light. Washes easy. Fits great under a climbing or skiing helmet. Looks super dorky. Typical active wear stuff. But if you normally have trouble getting beanies to fit I'd say this is good for probably 7-1/2 to 7-7/8 heads. Maybe a tight fit if your head's bigger than that.
