Take the sting out of the storm.

Arc'teryx wants you stay comfortable when you're skiing in stormy weather, which is why its Women's Stingray Jacket has a Gore-Tex shell for guaranteed waterproof breathable protection. Not only does this jacket keep you dry from the outside, its lo-loft softshell backer wicks moisture to keep you dry from the inside too. An athletic fit ensures a full range of motion.

The Stingray also features WaterTight zippers for extra waterproof protection, a helmet-compatible DropHood for enhanced coverage, zippered underarm vents to help you cool off, and a powder skirt for extra protection when you're making fresh tracks. The zippered sleeve pocket is perfect for your ski pass, and there are two internal pockets for your phone and keys.

Misleading length

  • Familiarity: I returned this product before using it
  • Fit: Runs small
  • Size Bought: s

I ordered this jacket as it looked like it was longer than many of the Arc'teryx shells I had seen in person. It isn't. I am sure that it is of the same high quality as their other products (I have several sets of pants both shells and insulated pants and love them) but the length is way too short.

Is there a way to somehow pack the hood? In light rain/snow I do not use a hood usually but I don't want it left hanging either so that the interior gets wet…

Anyone know if the Rose Pink or Mango Tango versions of this jacket will match the Ravenna Pant in Pink Tulip?
