I recently moved to Bend, OR from So Cal and learned quickly if I was going to be comfortable and active, I would need proper gear. I am 6'0 210 and sweat too much. With that said this piece wicks, and keeps me warm without staying wet. The XL is form fitting but not tight. Enjoy!

can one use the phase sv/ar crew shirt as a base layer under the RHO AR zip top?

That is a great combo for warmth and moisture management.

Just picked up my Phase AR crew yesterday and immediately went for a training/conditioning hike & overnighter in cold and damp conditions. Pushed myself hard uphill with a 35 pound pack and while my head was dripping with sweat my back stayed nice and dry. Usually my back is soaking wet from sweat trapped between my top and my pack but not with this bad boy from Arcteryx. Love this top already and I can see myself almost living it in over the next couple of years. I just got home from the trip and just smelled my armpit and no stink!!

kept me dry when im usually sweating on the slopes, much warmer than expected such that I no longer feel compelled to need to wear the Arcteryx Rho LT layer I usually wear over my 1st layer. I now have two pairs and used them for 3 consecutive days each snowboarding. Material did a decent job of keeping down the funk, but wasnt stink free. With the silver ions they were advertising i was hoping for more but stink performance was not bad at all for 3 days.
