Collar is a bit big and as one of the reviewers mentioned, seems to run large.

I've got a few collared shirts for those rare formal occasions. After I got the Arc'teryx Motive Polo, I actually started wearing it, for everyday. It's a really soft blend of cotton and poly which keeps if from looking wrinkled like an all cotton shirt would, and it's really comfortable because of the touch of stretch. I even got some compliments for looking nice! I guess I'll get a black one, too, and the Woodsmoke color looks great.

Runs large

Nice shirt but it runs large. I would get one size smaller than what you normally order. I ordered a small which actually fits like a medium.

This could be good advise for some because of the slight stretch in the shirt, but for me (fairly broad)this thing fit perfect. 5'9" 188lbs. -Medium

fits incredibly well and craftsmanship is unsurpassed. I own several of these and will continue to buy them. Best polo style shirt out there.
