Love them!

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
  • Fit: True to size

Bought these 50% off at $250, which I still consider pretty steep for a pair of snowpants, but they were definitely worth the cash. Managed to get some frostbite on my toes skiing this winter, but never felt cold in these pants. Also the most comfortable ski pants I've ever worn, and they don't restrict mobility if I want to do some hiking. I'm 5'8'', 145lbs, athletic build, and the medium fits like a glove.

Awesome pants

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

My wife loves insulated ski wear, These pants have a great fit with a 30" inseam and 31" waist a size large was the most comfortable. They are however a tad long (opted to get the pants professionally hemmed to remedy the problem). Too bad they don't come in a short version.
The fabric is soft and repels the nastiest nature can send your way. Coreloft insulation provides some nice warmth without getting too hot. In really cold weather a fleece midlayer is added to keep warm.
The thigh vents are lined which is nice so as not to get snow in your pants.

Awesome pants

Pearl Gray is a bit of both, but looks more white than gray.

Could you provide the measurements on a size small. I think I may between a small and a medium and not sure if they run big or run small. Thanks.

These pants feature the Athletic fit, which is a slimmer fit. Here is a link to the Arc'teryx sizing chart:

nice replacement pant

  • Gender: Female
  • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

I live in Northern Michigan where the skiing is wet most days. These pants are very comfortable over a pair of tights and look like they will hold up well. I am 5'8", 135 lbs, 32" inseam, and the medium fits great, just a tad short in length, but fine on the hill with ski boots.

Wish I discovered Arc'teryx sooner

I was skeptical to spend so much money, but glad I did!

Love:
-color (dark purple)
-fit (waist is below belly button, they feel like regular pants but cover well enough for storm conditions)
-built in adjustable waist belt
-versatility (I thought these would be cold day ski pants, but they are lightweight and have been surprisingly comfortable in 10 degree conditions and 50 conditions as well)

Overall, sooo comfortable. I had no idea technical ski pants could fit like everyday pants.
