i have been on the lookout for a few years for a lightweight cotton canvas-type pant. i have finally found them. the material is fantastic. the belt system is a stroke of genius; my waist can vary over the course of a year form 34" (summer) to 36" (winter). i ordered the 36" waist, and was a little worried when i first put them on, they seemed big. but i simply adjusted the belt and it took up the slack perfectly. these pants will not be outgrown.
the cinch cords on the legs work awesome too to take up any slack. could use some rear pockets, but i can live without them. it was hard getting over the sticker shock of these at first but glad i did; ordered another pair a few days after the first arrived. reference: 5'11", 200 lbs

Measured inseam on 34" waist was close to 35". Too bad it didn't state any inseam information in Tech Specs. Can't hem pants either because knee darts are in middle of shins
