I always keep one of these Arcteryx headbands in my pocket or pack. They keep your ears warm when the wind whips up. Unlike with some headbands I've had, you can still hear with this Arcteryx version. Sometimes a hat is too hot but it's still a little cold on your ears.

I wore this headband while I was snowboarding on Mt. Hood during a heavy downpour of snow and my ears were pretty warm!
